Morning Dew

Morning Dew is a fantasy creation designed by First Of May. The total proceeds from the sale of this doll were donated to Ronald McDonald House Charities. (See below for a description of this Charity and link to their web site.)

Morning Dew has a full facial repaint done in shades of purple. She has also been given rooted eyelashes. If you look very closely you will find that this was once a superstar face which now sports a closed mouth "Mackie" look.. Her costume is fashioned from purple/fuchsia tie dyed stretch velvet. She wears a matching snood on her head. The outfit and snood are accented with fuchsia and silver sequins and deep pink seed beads. Her petite wings are fashioned of the same beads and sequins and were not purchased pre-beaded but hand done by the designer to perfectly match the rest of the costume. Completing the look are her clear crystal stud earrings, a spiral arm-wrap bracelet and for this special doll we have included an optional customized stand.

She is a gorgeous creation. In doing this fantasy design none of First Of May's standards were compromised. The outfit IS removable.. (but why would you want to remove it?) She is wearing purple silky panties and all work is sewn..we use almost no glue. (Stand does include glue and purchased beading.)

She flutters about the collection of Brenda King in Katy, Texas.
