This guy won 1st place in the dream date contest sponsored by "Man Behind The Doll" He was lots of fun to do. He was styled for the period of 1969 to 1972. I remembered some guys from Junior High School who dressed like this, so I used them as a model for my design. This Ken Doll has had a dental extraction, closing his mouth. He had a full repaint, face and hair, adding sideburns and chest hair! His fitted silk shirt, faux silk scarf/tie and low slung, cotton denim, pinstriped bellbottoms are not removable. His belt is removable (don't know why you'd want to) and is made from Ultrasuede and has a real buckle! His cap is in his hand (and is a prop only). He wears sandals on his feet and holds a Daisy in his hand for his date!
